About the Daily Meditations Team

Dennis Edwards​

As Executive Assistant to Matthew Fox For the past 17 years and Executive Director of Friends of Creation Spirituality and Matthew Fox Legacy Project, Dennis manages the day to day details of a multi dimensional non-profit organization drawing from skills acquired with over 30 years experience in the field. In 2006 he received an MA in Creation Spirituality from the University of Creation Spirituality/Naropa.

Phila Hoopes

Phila Hoopes is the Daily Meditations blog coordinator, a freelance copywriter, and a web-worker for green business. She studied remotely with Matthew Fox while pursuing her MA in Applied Healing Arts through the Maryland University of Integrative Health, and has supported his work and other Creation Spirituality initiatives with a variety of online services since 2011 through her practice, Your Words’ Worth. In her spare time, she practices permaculture and Reiki and participates in healing, environmental, and ritual work with a Druidic Grove.

Ellen Kennedy

is a Sacred Circle Dance Teacher who embodies the principles of Creation Spirituality in dance and teaches others to do the same. Trained and certified at The Findhorn Foundation, Scotland she has led retreats, workshops and Sacred Circle Dance Pilgrimages for Peace in the US, Mexico, Scotland, Ireland, Iceland, S. Korea, Cuba and at the Syrian border. She founded the Mt. Holyoke College Sacred Circle Dance Troupe and has numerous skills from a former career in marketing and advertising. Her proposal to Matthew Fox was the spark that ignited these daily meditations.

Cynthia Greb

Cynthia Greb is a writer, a speaker, and an interfaith minister. She has a background in hospice, having worked as both a chaplain and bereavement counselor.  Cynthia is a bit of a spiritual nomad. Last year’s journey was six months long and included communion with sacred sites such as ancient earth mounds, as well as the much-needed task of offering prayers at “the wounded places,” especially places where First People have been massacred and where spirits may be at unrest.  You can find out more by visiting her website: soulofcynthia.

Richard Reich-Kuykendall

Richard Reich D. Min. is an ordained United Church of Christ minister and graduate of Matthew Fox’s University of Creation Spirituality (1999).  Reich is also the founder of “Spiritwind” a Creation Spirituality Community in the tradition of ONE RIVER, MANY WELLS and is the author of more than 10 books, his most recent is titled, The Way of the Earth.

Rosanna Tufts

Rosanna Tufts earned a Master of Music degree from Johns Hopkins University in 1985, performed for Baltimore-area churches and light-opera companies, and composed music for musical-theatre. She has been a Nature Mystic for almost 40 years, was Con Chair for Ecumenicon in DC, President of a local Toastmasters club, and first learned of, and cited, Matthew Fox’s work when defending her own faith against religiously reactionary in-laws. A recent cancer survivor now in remission, she has held a wide variety of corporate and academic positions, and does freelance work in podcasting, custom sewing, sound healing, and Vedic astrology. 

Drake Moore

provides website technical support to the Matthew Fox team.  Drake has over twenty five years experience working in the information technology industry and runs his own independent consulting company, Magick Media.  He is a husband, father and animal lover.  In his spare time, Drake lives to compose music and to expand his inner and outer knowledge.

Brian Nguyen

is the design mind behind the daily meditations blog. With over a decade of experience as a web, motion, and graphic designer, Brian ensures that the experience of reading this blog marries with the contemplative nature of our meditations.
